Make sure that the following requirements are met:

• A working e-mail address
• Access to the data you want to send (on a hard disk, CD drive or USB stick)
• Data in the formats: DICOM, jpeg, png, gif, tif, pdf, ...

Follow these steps to send data:

• Complete the form under the tab Transmission. All text fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
• To search for the TKmed^® participant of your choice enter the full name of the city.
• Select a person or a department.
• Next to the text “I am not a robot.” click the check box and follow the instruction. You should see a green check mark in the box once you are finished.
• Click the button “Request upload link.” Within a few minutes, you receive an e-mail with a link to upload data to the selected address. The e-mail also tells you how often you can use the link.
• To upload your data, click the link in your e-mail. A one-time installation on your system is required for sending. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser.
• After installation, you can access the link with the application and select DICOM and non-DICOM data (.jpg, .pdf, etc.) from hard disk, CD/DVD or memory stick for sending.
• Your data is encrypted and transmitted to the selected addressee, where it is visible after a few minutes.
